Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChackAll, a storefront-link tool operated by WellXAI ("WellXAI", "we", "us"). By opening a shop or otherwise using ChackAll you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use it.

What ChackAll is

ChackAll gives a seller one shareable page for their products, and lets buyers reach the seller by email or WhatsApp. ChackAll is not a marketplace, a payment processor, or a delivery service. We are not a party to any sale between a buyer and a seller.

Your shop

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
• Your shop's private dashboard link is what protects it. Keep it private; you are responsible for what is done with it.
• You are responsible for everything you post: product details, prices, photos, and videos must be accurate and belong to you or be used with permission.
• You are responsible for your own sales: pricing, payment, delivery, refunds, taxes, and any disputes with buyers are between you and them.

What you may not do

• Sell anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous, or anything you don't have the right to sell.
• Post deceptive listings, or content that is abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Use ChackAll to scam, harass, or spam buyers, or to collect their personal information.
• Abuse the lookup tool or our servers, for example by automated bulk requests.

We may remove products or shops that break these rules, and may limit access to protect ChackAll.

Product-link lookups and ideas

The lookup tool reads publicly available details from a link you paste, and the business ideas beside it are generated by AI. Both can be incomplete or wrong. They are suggestions, not advice; check the details yourself before relying on them.

Availability and liability

ChackAll is free to start and provided "as is". Some features are still coming soon, and we may change or stop parts of the service. To the fullest extent the law allows, WellXAI is not liable for losses arising from your use of ChackAll or from transactions between buyers and sellers.

Changes and contact
